Se logró identificar los capitales que poseen las comunidades de pescadores artesanales: humano, social, físico, financiero, natural. Así mismo se pudo determinar la capacidad de las comunidades de poder implementar iniciativas a favor de la sostenibilidad de los recursos marinos que aprovechan.
