HEURÍSTICAS DE USABILIDAD PARA SITIOS WEB TRANSACCIONALES Uno de los métodos más utilizados para evaluar la usabilidad en aplicaciones de software es la evaluación heurística. En este método de inspección, las heurísticas de Nielsen es el instrumento más utilizado. Sin embargo, existe evidencia que establece que estas heurísticas no son apropiadas cuando son usadas en nuevas categorías de aplicaciones emergentes.
