DE STEFANO BELTRAN LUIS JULIO CESAR Dr Luis De Stefano Beltrán es Profesor/Investigador de la Unidad de Genómica de la Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia (UPCH) desde el 1 de Junio del 2006. Entre Octubre del 2007 y Febrero del 2011 fue también Jefe de la Oficina de Transferencia Tecnológica y Protección a la Propiedad Intelectual de la misma universidad. Entre Noviembre del 2009 y Abril del 2012 fue Coordinador Académico de la Maestría en Políticas y Gestión de la Ciencia, Tecnología e Innovación de la UPCH. Tiene un B.Sc. en Ciencias Biológicas (1980) de la UNMSM en Lima, Perú, y un PhD en Bioquímica de la Louisiana State University (1991).
