CHIRINOS MARROQUIN MARITZA
I am an Industrial Engineer graduated from UNSA and a member of the College of Engineers of Peru. In addition, I have a Masters Degree in Chemical Engineering and an MBA in Environmental Management and Technologies from the University of Sao Paulo (USP-BRASIL). I completed my PhD studies in Process Engineering at UNSA.
My career covers various fields, including experience in industry and services, as well as university teaching, thesis advising and management roles in academic environments. I have carried out research as a graduate student at USP-Brasil, supported by funding from CNPq, and also in the role of Junior Engineer at Oxiteno and USP-Brasil.
Currently, I am an active participant in various relevant projects, such as those related to the cold climate in the high Andean areas (in collaboration with Concytec, UNSA, UlaSalle and UCSP), the use of industrial waste (through UNSA Investiga) and Sustainability. University (in collaboration with UNIP-Brasil, UDEA-Colombia, UCSP-Peru and Beca Alianza del Pacífico). I am also involved in the study of technological innovation in solar energy in the province of Arequipa (Proinnovate and UlaSalle), Energy efficiency reimbursement programs for household products (UNSA and UCSP), and Life cycle analysis of environmental impacts in the production and disposal of garments based on alpaca fiber (CITE Alpaquero and UNSA). My main focus is in the fields of engineering, sustainability and development.
