RODRIGUEZ GARCIA FLOR DE MARIA

Especialista en Recursos Genéticos y Ciencia de Alimentos con 27 años de experiencia en proyectos relacionados a la caracterización y uso de los recursos genéticos, desde el estudio de su diversidad genética mantenida en bancos de germoplasma e in situ, la elucidación de sus historias evolutivas y el pre-mejoramiento. Un tema unificador en mi carrera es la conservación y manejo de los cultivos para ayudar a orientar la utilización de su diversidad genética en la ciencia de los alimentos y en el desarrollo de sistemas agrícolas. Soy una profesional proactiva que aporta creatividad y pasión para el logro de los objetivos, aportando habilidades y conocimientos al trabajo en equipo. He trabajado en Perú, Chile y Estados Unidos en proyectos dirigidos por organizaciones públicas y/o privadas que involucran colaboradores y actividades no solo en estos países sino en otros de América del Sur, África, Asia y de la Comunidad Europea.
